Baby Changes Everything

Howdy folks.

Remember me?

Ha. Probably not since I've been away from my blog for so long. I've been a little too wrapped up inside my head to be of any entertainment value. But give me another chance and I'll do my best. It's really good for me to sort all of this crap in my head out through the pages of this blog. You may not always understand or agree with my thoughts but that's what the comment section is for. Let me hear from you. Speak out. Talk back.

Well, those long-time readers may remember that I was an expectant uncle just a few months ago. Well, I no longer have to expect anything! My beautiful niece made her appearance on this world a little more than a week ago. Lillian Margaret Kay was born Friday, May 21st to parents Eve and David Kay. She is really a beautiful little girl with a lot of charm and energy. Of course its still a bit too early to tell if she'll be a U2 fan but I can hope.

Check out my pictures of her: Lillian Margaret Kay

What else is happening besides Lillian?

I'm looking for work again. Theatre life just doesn't suit me anymore. I need to use my brain more than my back. Nothing wrong with hard labor, but some people just have other talents.

I'm also really getting worked up about the presidential election coming up this fall.

For those neo-cons in my audience I suggest you turn a blind eye to what I'm about to say right now: Democrats unite! Get your asses motivated and do whatever you have to do to turn out the vote for John Kerry. Contribute. Volunteer. Vote. We have to make sure George W. has a new job come January 20, 2005. It's the only way to save our economy and our country. Don't believe me? Check out a few of my favorite sites for proof of what I say. Starting with The O'Franken Factor as well as a local favorite, Fargo's own Ed Schultz or any one of the radio hosts from Air America Radio.

For the sake of my niece, Lilly, as well as the millions of young Americans who will inherit this country in the next generation, we absolutely have to get rid of the right-wing neo-cons running this country into oblivion.

Please?
